I do believe in changes. Good, life moving changes, that challenge the way you think and do things. Changes, that turn your life from standing puddle into flowing river!

Evelina Dzimanaviciute is a Learning & Development Coach, Trainer, Master NLP Therapist and Mindful Hypnotherapist. She has extensive practice building teams and coaching individuals within the corporate business environment, as well as working privately to provide highly personalised coaching and therapy sessions for individuals and group workshops for businesses and academic institution. Evelina’s work in this field began with the research to answer the question as to what makes the difference between people who thrive and grow with challenges, and those who crumble with similar experiences. Evelina has developed her own unique approach to personal and corporate transformations by integrating business coaching with therapeutic aspects, as well as of evolutionary neuroscience.

Evelina is devoted to continuous learning and development, and her collection of studies include clinical, social & developmental psychology, MIT programmes of the brain development and cognitive sciences, also the research of Paul Ekman, Malcolm Gladwell, Charles Duhigg, Daniel Goleman and Daniel Siegel amongst many others. She has trained with Toby&Kate McCartney, Sue Knight, Michael Grinder, Robbie Steinhouse, Robert Dilts and Stephen Gilligan. Her main areas of specialisation alongside NLP and hypnotherapy also include children’s psychology, mindfulness-based psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and specific interest in the interpersonal neurobiology. She has several years of experience at Maytree (a charity supporting individuals with suicidal tendencies). A wide psychology field provided her with the great insight into why we behave, think and feel in a particular way and how do we fit as individuals into ever-changing social and economic environment.

Evelina believes overall human wellbeing can only be achieved by a perfect mind and body balance, therefore incorporating yoga, mindfulness, and meditation experience into her professional practice. Before getting ‘under the skin’ of human emotions, Evelina worked as a beauty therapist and a hairdresser, as well as managing successful catering business and organising hospitality events. Evelina also has a diploma of Arts and degree in International Relations. The range of experiences enabled her to acquire a variety of skills understanding human psychology and relations in different contexts and environments, and the value of those experiences is clearly evident in the range of services that she is able to offer to her clients today.

Evelina works with great passion and everything she does is devoted to helping others. When she is not working she can be found painting, practising yoga and meditation, reading books, swimming, and enjoying time spent with her family.
